If i am using Breya and i make all my artifacts indestructible with Darksteel Forge, can I still sacrifice them for Breya's ability?

Yes, indestructible stops destruction from effects that say to "destroy" and from the two state based actions that destroy a creature for having lethal damage marked on them. Indestructible does not stop sacrificing, exiling, bouncing, or creatures being put into the graveyard for having 0 or less toughness.
