Can you have 3 combat phases in one turn?

Say I have Godo, Bandit Warlord on the battlefield and a Aurelia, the Warleader on the battlefield and attack with everything I have apart from Aurelia. Then Godo triggers untapping all Samurais. Then another combat phase happens and in this phase I attack with Aurelia, do I then untap everything and attack again giving me 3 combat steps?

Yes. There is no limit to the number of combat steps you may take in one turn, provided you have effects giving you those extra combat steps.
