Can I target Traveler's Cloak with Mind Bend?

If someone has a Traveler's Cloak in play and chooses islandwalk, could I target the cloak with Mind Bend and switch the chosen landwalk type to a different one?
My guess is that the answer would be no since Traveler's Cloak doesn't specify a landwalk type, but I just want to be 100% sure
Yes you can target Traveler's Cloak with Mind Bend, because it's permanent. Regardless of colours/basic land types you choose Mind Bend doesn't do anything. There is no colours nor basic land types mentioned in text of Traveler's Cloak

That is more accurate, Mind Bend is great at targeting things it can't do anything to.

Mind Bend only changes text on the card, so your guess was correct, it would not change the choice that was made as it entered.
