Can I sacrifice a creature before it dies with Heartless Summoning

Lets say I have Heartless Summoning on the battlefield, then I cast Brain Weevil

Can I sacrifice it before it dies ?

Unfortunately, no. Creature death from 0 or less toughness is a state based action, and SBAs are checked and executed right before a player would get priority. You don't have the opportunity to do anything between the time Brain Weevil enters the battlefield and when it's put into the graveyard.
