Can I respond to a Wheel of Fortune with an Ignorant Bliss?

Is it possible to cast Wheel of Fortune, then respond to it with Ignorant Bliss, and keep my original hand while drawing seven cards?

Yes. Wheel of Fortune goes on the stack, Ignorant Bliss goes on the stack and being the topmost object resolves first, exiling the cards in your hand. Wheel of Fortune resolves, you discard all the cards in your now empty hand, and at the end of your turn the delayed trigger from Ignorant Bliss happens, the cards exiled by Ignorant Bliss return to your hand and you draw a card.

...but the cleanup step comes right after, and you will have to discard down to 7 cards.
