Call of the Nightwing Cypher?

Can I cypher Call of the Nightwing onto it's own token I just made?

I have only this token(I just made with Call of the Nightwing) on my side of the battlefield, does the resolution of the Call of the Nightwing spell allow me time to cypher on to the token I just created by casting?

Yes, you can. A spell is carried out in the order the text is printed; in this case, a 1/1 token is created, then you would be able to cipher to a creature you control. As you now control a 1/1 token, it is a legal creature to cipher. As the reminder text for cipher doesn't say to target anything, therefore the choice is not made until resolution.
