Breath of Malfegor in 2 Headed Giant

If I use Breath of Malfegor in 2 Headed Giant does it do 5 damage or 5 for each person on the opposing team summing up to 10 total damage?

Both players on the other team in a 2HG game are separate opponents, even though they share a life total. Breath of Malfegor would deal 5 damage to both opponents, resulting in 10 total damage.
