If I am in a multi-player game and more than one opponent receives 2 ormore damage in a single turn can Bloodchief Ascension receive morethan one quest counter?

Bloodchief Ascension 's first ability only triggers once per turn, and the condition in the effect is only checked once while it's resolving. Even if more than one opponent lost enough life during the course of the turn, only one counter will be placed on Ascension when the trigger resolves.
