Blessed Reincarnation + 0 creatures in deck

What if I cast Blessed Reincarnation, but there's no creature in opponent's deck it can hit? He reveals all cards in his deck, then what?

Any revealed cards that aren't put onto the battlefield are always shuffled into their owner's library, regardless of whether any cards were put onto the battlefield.
