Behold the beyond

Can you cast behold the beyond with no other cards in hand? It's upon resolution that you discard not an extra cost. So I guess the question can you discard 0 cards?

Absolutely. Behold the Beyond doesn't tell you to discard some number of cards, just all your cards. Even if it was an additional cost you could cast it as your last card.

Ej1997 I believe you will still be able to cast it if you dont have any cards in hand.

For some cards where it says draw a card then discard a card you have to discard.

But if your hand is empty, and you have to discard your hand, well i guess youre discarding no cards then.
