Become a copy of target creature....

If I had targeted Artisan of Forms with an Excorciate, for what ever reason, say my opponent used Ephara's Warden 's Tap effect on it... when Artisan of Forms Ability triggers, and I turn it into something else, will it be exiled, or because of "Last In FIrst Out" will it no longer be AoF since it copied something else and therefore stay?

Even though Artisan of Forms becomes a copy of the targeted creature, it's still the same permanent. It just has different characteristics. It's still the target of Excoriate , and it will be exiled unless it has somehow become a copy of something that's an illegal target for Excoriate .
