Angel of Jubilation and Springjack Pasture

If I control an Angel of Jubilation, can I sacrifice goats to Springjack Pasture? I'm not sure if that ability counts as an activated ability or a mana ability.

It's both. It's an activated ability because it's written as "[cost] : [effect]", and it's a mana ability for obvious reasons. Your Angel will stop you from activating the mana ability of the Pasture.

Note that Angel of Jubilation will only stop you from activating the second mana ability of Springjack Pasture. The first mana ability and token-producing ability remain unrestricted.
