An extra mana from Utopia sprawl?

Does Utopia Sprawl give an extra mana? One for tapping the forest and one from the sprawl alone?

Yes. Utopia Sprawl has a triggered mana ability that adds mana of the chosen color to your mana pool. This mana is separate from the mana produced by the land.
