About Remand and "when you cast" abilities

I was thinking about this. Let's say i cast Oblivion Sower, it's "when you cast" ability triggers, and then I respond using Remand targeting my Sower. I return it to my hand, exile 4 cards, get the lands and draw a card? Does it works?

Yes. You cast a spell when you complete the casting process. The casting process does not depend on resolution. On-cast abilities trigger when the casting process is complete and resolve before the spell that triggered them.
