user name color change

I have upgraded my account and am able to now change my username colors. I have used html codes to do the deed. However, it has been more than 12 hours and it appears that nothing has happened.
suggestions? Perhaps I am doing something wrong.
Looks like your account is upgraded just check out your new options in the settings form

yeaGO that is the issue, i have used the updated options with the proper html color codes, but nothing happened. surely the site takes time to update, but that was more than 12 hours ago.
