issue with exporting mse custom card

Hi! Very new to all of this, and recently made a card in MSE. Tried following the instructions in order to export it over to here but kept running into issues...basically not being able to create the right files or zip I think. Would love some help please!

So Tappedout's "upload MSE file" is to upload an entire project set file, not an individual card. An individual card would be added through "add custom card". Hopefully that clears up some confusion.

If this doesn't, more information about what exactly is erroring out would be appreciated.
