Draft More than 15 Cards

Apologies if this has been raised before.

Given the new draft experience of Commander Legends, it would be useful for Cubes to allow more than 15 cards in a draft pack.

Currently you can define a pack shape based on number of rares, uncommons, commons and "randoms", but the sum of these must be between 8 and 15.

Raising this limit to 20 would allow Commander-Legends style drafts, as well as other custom cube possibilities.

Completely reworking how we do draft sim and cube sim is something I'm constantly aware of myself, and slowly building up a list of of things to do on par with what cubetutor and cube cobra do.
