Can't upload my collection as CSV

Hi, I might be asking on the wrong forum but I'll try it.

When I try to upload my collection as a CSV, an error message with "sets not found" shows up, which is pretty much all of my file.

Any idea how to counter or fix it ?

I'd need to see the csv or some example lines of what it is flagging as not found, and what setting you are using when uploading.
