Can no longer update card images.

I wanted to put in the Commander 2013 spoiled cards, but it refuses to let me upload a card image. I can click on the box, but the pop-up to choose the image from my files doesn't appear.

I checked other sets and existing cards as well, like the current cards showing errors for their images, and ones that are perfectly fine and they all have the same problem.
