I have a question regarding Urborg since it is in standard. For example I have an Island and Urborg in play, does Urborg make the island be able to tap for black mana, since it has the subtype swamp? Thanks. :)

Yes it does. Any card with a basic land subtype can tap for that type of mana.

Does this also mean that Liliana of the Dark Realms +1 tutor for any land?

No, because Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth only affects cards that are on the battlefield.
