Should I Wait To Construct Again

With M15 coming out soon, M14 cycling out in September, and the new block khanes being released in september would you wait to construct a new standard deck until september or create one now if you had an idea?
I have an idea for a selesnya deck but know as soon as khanes come out the format will be changed and I will want to do another deck. What are all your plans?
For those who have not heard, khanes revolves around dragons and is supposed to create a large impact and apparently has a twist to it.

The original plan was to wait until septemeber. I BUT the I created this awesome deck. And with work I really don't know how much I'll be able to play fnm.

I'm going for a more budget approach to deck building this standard so I'll likely change up to a janky dictate of kruphix burn deck just as soon as I can be bothered.

That's probably a good idea. Especially incase khanes turns out to be way better than anyone thinks.

If you want an inexpensive deck to run while waiting for rotation I'd take a look at Boss Sligh or Mono Black Aggro. The latter will still be a deck post rotation since it's only losing 1-2 cards from the main and will be gaining some stuff in M15 and the new sett.
But plowing down money in expensive cards that will rotate soon or with an unknown future in the fall meta-game might be risky.

I'd definitely wait at least two more weeks before building a new deck. :)
But beyond that, July -> September is a long time to not make changes.

Yeah, I decided to go with it and buy a deck. Besides, selesnya is usually a thing, right?
