Pretty sure Vorinclex in Kaldheim is a reference to Outlander

So there was this old Jim Caviezel movie called Outlander where he plays a spaceman who crash lands in Viking era Scandinavia to hunt down a monster. The monster looks a little bit like Vorinclex.
I didn't put 2+2 together until now. I wonder if it's what they were really referencing with it?
Nevermind, I looked it up. Seems like a unique take on the Beowulf tale. I may have to check this out

It's worth a watch. I wouldnt say its a great movie but its entertaining and it has Ron Perlman in it.
It's very straightforward and has an interesting story concept. But yeah, not high art.
