Have no idea what to call this format

The only rule to this format is that the upper limit of a card is changed based on the rarity:
- You can run up to four of a card if it's most recent printing is common
- You can run up to three of a card if it's most recent printing is uncommon
- You can run up to two of a card if it's most recent printing is rare
- You can run up to one of a card if it's most recent printing is mythic rare
- Basics are unlimited as normal
This format could be used anywhere, like standard or archenemy.
So "Standard blank" would be standard with the above rules, and etc.
Thoughts? Suggestions for its viability/name?

How are the other rarities? I know what gatherer classifies as "special" are most of the time reprints... right?

That is Duels. Magic Duels uses this system. Using most recent printing is probably not the best idea. I would use the lowest printing of a card.
What about Fallen Empires et al (which do not have a similar rarity system to other sets) or Timeshifted cards?
