Activated to triggered abilities

I am looking for a way to turn activated abilities, specifically a tap ability, into a triggered ability. Any suggestions?

I do not think there is a way to do this. Can you provide a bit more detail about what exactly you are trying to do?

I think I found a work around to my issue, as i wanted to move counters with power conduit but wanted the ability to be forced by a trigger effect. I am trying to make decks that complete certain actions automatically.
