which takes precedence?

Is there somewhere where I can find specifics about the timing of when card effects take place? I understand the stack fairly well, but I'm not sure which order certain cards go in some situations. For example:
I play Zealous Conscripts and target my opponent's Blood Artist. I also have Cathars' Crusade out, which activates when a creature I control enters the battlefield (Conscripts and Crusade thus have the same trigger). Obviously, Conscripts is on the bottom of the stack, but will Cathar's Crusade go onto the stack and resolve before blood artist comes into my control?
Thanks for the help. I realize its a simple answer for most, but I think the wording is messing up how I am conceptualizing it.

That blows my mind! I haven't read anywhere about that before, though most articles are tailored to the broad subject and not any nitty gritty details. Thanks!

The triggered ability from Zealous Conscripts is not necessarily on the bottom of the stack.
Whenever multiple abilities trigger under the control of a single player, that player puts those abilities onto the stack in any order he or she chooses. Whenever multiple abilities trigger under the control of different players, those players put those abilities onto the stack in APNAP order.
This means that you can choose to put Zealous Conscripts 's ability onto the stack before or after card:Cathars' Crusade's ability. If you choose to have Zealous Conscripts 's ability on top, it will resolve first and then card:Cathars' Crusade's ability will resolve second. The opposite is true if you stack card:Cathars' Crusade's ability on top.
