the best cards the use dice rolls?

my friend clams that his brother has a pretty neat deck that uses a lot of dice rolls. I have seen this deck yet. What are some of your favorite cards that uses this mechanic?.

Do you want actually good cards, cards that do random things,( Scab-Clan Giant ), cards that do random fun things, Scrambleverse , or Unglued cards like Jack-in-the-Mox ?

The only cards that use dice rolls are un-cards. Either your friend is messing with you, or he means "random" effects or coin flips.
