Question about Fairy Conclave

I was wondering if when you turn Fairy Conclave into a creature if it counts as a new creature entering the battlefield, or is it not entering the battlefield because it was already there as a land?

Faerie Conclave will have already been on the battlefield, so activating its nonmana ability won't cause it to count as a creature entering the battlefield. Rather, it's just a permanent that gains and loses certain types and characteristics.
