Invisible Stalker or Dimir Infiltrator?

Okay so I'm wanting some people's opinions here between these two cards. Here's what I'm thinking:

Invisible- Weaker P/T, unblockable, Hexproof, cool art, nice flavor, easier Mana cost

Infiltrator-Better Toughness, unblockable, transmute, all right art (not a fan of original Ravnica art), good flavor especially with Dimir decks, non flexible mana cost.

So, for example, if you had to use one of these two cards in a non-standard Dimir deck using Cipher, which would you pick?

I'd have to go with the Infiltrator, since people are going to start sideboarding Glaring Spotlight if they see too much hexproof. If you're running non-standard, then you have access to pretty much any mana fixing you could hope for to ensure you get the right mana when you need it.

He said non-Standard, so I doubt Glaring Spotlight will be a problem.

It all depends on the meta he plays in. I know in mine Glaring Spotlight will start becoming prevalent, there're a good amount of people that use hexproof.

Dimir Infiltrator by a long shot. I like knowing if the poop is hitting the fan I have a way out of using him as a tutor, besides in non-standard you are going to be running some nasty converted 2 casting cost stuff, heck even if its to grab a Dimir charm. I just like options. The major difference is one can be targeted while the other cant be directly but if you break it down you are building from what I can tell off of being unblockable as your focus point so why would you ever pass up a tutor over hexproof???

I was trying to figure out who would be more frightening for an opponent: Ciphered Stalker or Ciphered Infiltrator. And then I was trying to figure out which would be more useful to me. I like transmute which may just knock out the Hexproof
