Need help getting dragon vehicles deck to be more consistent/competitive

Hi all,
I've recently built this vehicles deck with Slumbering Dragon, an idea I've had forever since seeing someone inquire about it on Reddit a few years ago. I originally had it R/G for all the +1/+1 counter spells but I realized if I was doing vehicles as the gimmick/theme then I should stop trying to buff everything and work with them. I tried tons of vehicles and found the two I have in the deck now to be the most consistent (and the legendary on Kiran doesn't seem to matter too much since extras are usually fodder for Sarkhan's +1 discard ability).
Been trying to shuffle cards in and out for a while but can't seem to make anything work any better than I have it now. Unsure if it's possible to make it better but I'd like to try since my local meta is pretty strong/competitive and they just "put up" with my theme decks when I bring them.

Sprite Dragon and Bioshift can quickly end a game so I'd like to keep them in those slots if possible. Whelp has only been marginally helpful but does a little work as a board pinger when I'm not drawing into removal.

Thank you so much for the suggestions! I've taken some and some from another user and the deck is flowing pretty nicely now.
