Vigilance

{1}{RW}{RW}: Legendary Phyrexian you control gain prowess until end of turn.

Whenever you cast your third instant and / or sorcery each turn, each legendary Phyrexian creature you control gains flying until end of turn.

Ktk was my first standard format and I loved every minute of it. This card is a neat take. I do think that the ability should be a {T} ability and it shouldn’t cost any mana to give a creature prowess, since prowess by nature requires mana to be spent to trigger it.

Yeah I sort of agree. I was a little stuck on how to fold the {RW} into it all. But Tarkir is my favorite world. Then it's likely New Capenna, then a bunch tied together such as Ixalan, Amonkhet, Ravnica, Theros, Ikoria, Zendikar...

You could just do a callback to the original and have it be when you cast a noncreature spell pay {RW} {RW} and something happens
