There are 31 nonland Snow permanents in Commander within Selesny.
Her first ability DOES see lands for the purposes of creating 1/1 tokens, but her second ability DOES NOT see them for the purposes of giving +1/+1 for each snow permanent. Otherwise you could load snow basics and get 6x 1/1s and swing with 6x 8/8s as they would see six basic lands plus Lyetta herself, for +7/+7 each. That's a bit much, even for four colored pips.

My only concern is if she should see herself.
As a 3/4 seeing herself, she attacks as a 4/5.
Should she not see herself and be a 3/4 at all times, bump to 4/5 on attacks but not the rest of the time, or be a 2/3 and see herself to attack as a 3/4 but block as a 2/3?

I've seen your design when you posted it, and I really like the idea. Why I didn't comment is because snow tribal often frustrates me. You need these snow lands for it, but the basics are more expensive than what I'm willing to pay for a basic land of which I usually need at least ten.
Regarding your above question: I like the way you did it, but I could even see her change to 4/5 without any further changes. She's already powerful, and she's six mana. So 3/4 or 4/5 doesn't change that much.
