Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.
Variety XX
Sorcery
If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.
Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.
Greft, Ubiquitous Parasite
Legendary Creature - Phyrexian Germ
Equipment you control have living weapon. (When this Equipment enters, create a 0/0 black Phyrexian Germ creature token, then attach this to it.)
Other germs you control have infect.

Legendary Creature - Atog God
Whenever you sacrifice a creature, creatures you control get +X +X until end of turn, where X is this creature's power. If this creature's power is greater than 5, creatures your opponents control also get -X -X until end of turn.

Legendary Creature - Rhino Warrior
Trample
Whenever Hinoc or another rhino enters under your control, mill 3 cards. If a rhino was milled this way, each opponent loses 3 life and you gain 3 life.
Whenever Hinoc deals combat damage to an opponent, you may return up to that many rhinos from your graveyard to the battlefield.

When Maalin enters, you may search your library for a Noble card that shares a colour with a card controlled by an opponent and put that card into your hand. If you do, shuffle.
: Add . Spend this mana only to cast Noble spells or activate abilities of Nobles.

Jellyfish you control have ",: This creature deals damage equal to its power to target creature."
At the beginning of each end step, create a 1/1 blue and red jellyfish creature token.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls is dealt damage, if no excess damage was dealt this way, draw a card.

As long as Cancineps has a diamond counter on it, it has indestructible.
Whenever damage is dealt to Cancineps, remove a diamond counter from it.
Crabs you control have "Whenever this creature is dealt damage, each opponent mills that many cards."

My favorite commander is Lumra. Ironically, I'd probably play this in it lol

Pious Lawmage has all nonmana activated abilities of lands your opponents control, and mana of any color may be used to pay their costs.

As long as there are less than five colors among other permanents you control, Teremadiel is a legendary kindred land.
Whenever Teremadiel enters or attacks, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a giant card. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Shuffle the rest into your library.
