Zacama, non-basic destroyer

Hi, So i'd like to build a Zacama one shot deck themed around non-basic destruction as a political tool.
Our table plays a backet 8 (decks that are worth more than 2k, eldrazis commander, mill combos and Kenrith, the Returned King control), and none of them plays a single basic land. So i'd like to make them a little surprise and we have litteraly no rules about cards that can break the game or "fun" (people plays armaguedon, anihilator, multiple turns combos, ect) and we enjoy it, I know it's kinda weird (don't ask anything about it).
I can afford some more cards, my budget for it is around 200 spared $ here's a card list I own, I'd like some advice on building it, or even some help.
