As title says, I wonder if i can play Alesha, Who Smiles at Death in my Aurelia EDH?

No, because it also has the color black in it's texts.

Rules questions should be asked in the Q&A, which is linked in the header bar.

A card's color identity is a function of any colored mana symbols in its mana cost, any color indicators, any characteristic-defining abilities, and any colored mana symbols in its text box (not including reminder text).

Alesha, Who Smiles at Death's color identity is . You can't play it in a deck that doesn't include all three of those colors.

However, if she's the commander, you don't have to put black cards or swamps in it if you don't want to.
