Need Help with my Chulane EDH Deck

Hey.
First off all I have to say that I don't want to play any kind of combo deck, so I don't want to use cards like food chain or Aluren.
I've tried some Games with my new Chulane Deck Chulane tell us your story! and it has a lot of Problems to finish any game. It builds up a board, till boardwipe, bust most of the creature are no big threat to anyone.
I run cards to pump up my board like Gavony Township, Cathars Crusade, Shalai etc. I run cards which create tokens to fill up the board like Primeval Bounty, Field of the Dead, Oketra, etc.
But my conclusion after the first 10-15 games is that this deck does not have any viable win condition- except aetherflux reservoir. Does anyone of you have some Ideas to improve the Deck (Mayeboard are my first thoughts of improvement).

Hi, not sure if you're still checking this -- but I came across this thread in search of my own help. I have a very similar Chulane deck as yours.
I too have found it capable of setting up a nice board-state, getting lots of value, etc. but the knock out punch can be a difficult one. Also not wanting to play combos or overly pricey finishers, I opted to add in End-Raze Forerunners as a Craterhoof-effect.
Another creature I think you could really use is Champion of Lambholt. As you bounce & replay Shrieking Drake several times, or trigger Rampaging Baloths multiple times, or if you played a Scute Swarm -- you're going to be putting LOTS of counters of Champion of Lambholt and essentially making your creatures unblockable. That is a great substitute for an overrun like Craterhoof, I find.
Also, if you're going to be doing Cathars Crusade type things, I love Inspiring Call as a card draw/protection spell.
