Is there a way to move poison counters on other players?

So the upcoming release of commander 2016 sparked a discussion with a friend of mine. He plans on building an infect deck using Atraxa. I plan on going a totally differnt way with her. Right now I wonder if one could move pioson counters around and place them on other players? I looked up the rulings. They don't say that I cannot move them around. Therefor I wonder if there are any cards that let me move counters from one player to another player? A quick search showed that there are cards, wich let me move counters on other permanents.
Are poison counters the only kind of counters that can be placed on a player?

I believe the only 2 types of counters that go on a player are poison counters, and the C15 Experience counters.

@Mr.Fliffi: Experience counters are on players but I don't know why you'd want to put them on somebody besides yourself.

@Raging_Squiggle: Hadn't thought of that. Doesn't really make much difference though b/c as far as I know, besides Leeches(which you already said), there's no way to interact with counters that are on players.

The player also gets energy counters
Afaik there's no way to move player counters, not even Giant Fan.

Forgot about the energy counters. Maybe Aether Revolt will have ways to interact with counters on players.

There are no cards in Mtg that moves poison counters around. The only card that interacts directly with poison counters is Leeches, but that removes them, not gives them to someone else.
