I challenge somebody to make a modern deck that uses Sarkhan Vol. Can we make a deck that has good synergy and the possibility of being competitive?

This is real janky but technically a modern deck that uses Sarkhan Vol as a win condition no less. Warstorm Vol.

Seems like a card for a token/zoo/Atarka's Command style of deck.
