So the idea here is obviously to create a card but the catch is that you are given the name of the card and design the card to fit the name. You then pick the name for the next card.
EXAMPLE (I am using an actual card chosen at random on http://gatherer.wizards.com)
Welding Jar (Name of the card you create)
0 (Casting Cost)
Artifact (Card Type)
Sacrifice Welding Jar: Regenerate target artifact. (Rules Text)
The wires crawl over broken metal and heat themselves to melting, filling cracks quickly and efficiently. (Flavor text. Completely optional.)
Dragon Fodder (The name of the card that the next person will be designing. [Another random card from Gatherer])
Additional Rules:
You cannot create a card for a name you give. In other words, you cannot design 2 cards in a row.
If 2 cards get posted at the same time it is up to you to chose which name you want to continue with.
Cards can be serious or "Un"-style. Your choice.
Now to get this started I give you:

Tap for 1 colorless mana
3WW - Sacrifice ~ and exile all nonland permanents on the field and graveyard.

Remove a charge counter from ~: Tap target creature. Activate this ability only once per turn.
When there are no more counters on ~, tap all creatures they don't untap during their controller's next untap step.
Next card: ?, Master of Darkness. Any first name is fine Im just bad with coming up with cool unique names.

@MisterRoach what would be the cmc of the copies would that also be a combined total or would it equal the higher or lower costing creature destroyed that way or would it be 0 being a token?

@SwiftDeath: Tokens always have the CMC of 0, even if they're copies of something. I'm actually more concerned about the token's name. So, I assume such token could have a name like Blood Artist Obzedat, Ghost Council?

that is actually the backlash in the card if you destroy a legendary with it and the tokens have the same names then they will auto kill each other after the spells resolution.

@Absinthman copies even if they are tokens copy the cmc of the card they are copying. when you have a copy it retains all info of the copied card.

Whenever a creature dealt damage by equipped creature dies, you may pay BR. If you do, return that creature to the battlefield under your control and attach Scythe of Rakdos to it.

@SwiftDeath: Wow, just checked that and you're right. I was possitive that tokens always had 0 CMC. I don't understand your second post though. You create only one token with that card and it has both names. So if you kill let's say Lazav, Dimir Mastermind and Braids, Cabal Minion , the new creature would be named Lazav, Dimir Mastermind Braids, Cabal Minion (or vice versa - actually there is a confusion about how this order would be chosen).

@Absinthman] your right about the single token I just misread and assumed at a 6 cmc it would make 2 tokens for 2 creatures but that is a good point with the token name.
