He synergizes very well with cards like Kaya's Ghostform. He dies (maybe sac outlet), you pay 1 to blow everything up, and then he comes right back and makes you a bunch of zombies.

Why is this deck not commander/EDH legal ??

Commander Legends doesn't officially release till the 20th, so the commander is (outside of anybody doing prerelease) not officially out yet and therefore technically not legal. Tappedout does it with all officially spoiled cards that are unreleased and for a short while after release while they update all of the cards to legal.
