Land Revision —Feb. 3, 2017
Added in Bounce lands in an attempt to make Kiora's Follower more effective. Resolving a bounce land with follower on board reduces the number of pieces in the combo by 1 (Or, more realistically, provides a substitute).
Added in Grapeshot as a 1 of as an outlet for infinite mana loops with no source of damage.
Changed up the sideboard.
Made a pretty significant update today. Changes have the deck feeling very consistent in a vacuum (T3 occasionally, T4 consistently). Still very open to suggestions, there is still a lot of room to grow.
Most questionable thing that changed however is the addition of white cards in mainboard. I have yet to feel like I can't get the white when I need it, but it just feels dirty.
Other things I would like some input on:
-Any ideas that could make kiora's follower more useful? (She already feels useful as hell- goldfishing found a handful of games where Lightning Helix ended up on Isochron Scepter instead of Dramatic Reversal and she turned it into 6 damage/life per turn instead of 3)
-Thoughts on Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind? He seems like he could be the high costed card that serves as an alt win-con that I was looking for, but I haven't had much testing time with him yet.
-Landbase: This one I'm a little rough on. Just suggestions in general would be appreciated. Mostly in the "I need to shock myself less" category.

The first run of this deck actually included a copy of grapeshot, but I ended up pulling it when I realized it was basically an unnecessary card after the inclusion of Zhur-Taa druid. If I'm casing Dramatic Reverasal 500 times, I could just as easily be dealing 500 damage from Zhur-Taa's tap damage.
(Other things the original decklist included was a copy of Paradox Engine where the plan was to ramp to engine, drop an Isochron Scepter with Manamorphose on it, then draw out the entire deck and slam a Grapeshot with Pact of Negation backup)
I do dig the Kiln Fiend idea- and having run Pauper UR kiln fiend in the past I know how scary that can be. Definitely worth testing.
