Rebalanced —June 10, 2016
Rebalanced the deck for my meta, as before it had been pretty OP compared to other decks I'd played against, this also lowered the budget of the deck pretty significantly. The deck is still powerful I feel, as it is capable of putting out a fairly large number of buffed soldiers by turn 5 or so, but I may leave this and attempt to strengthen my other decks as opposed to nerfing this one again.
