Beseech the Mirror is a massively powerful new signature spell for her that often wins on the spot and is often "free" to cast thanks to her minus. We'll need some play data to see if it bumps her all the way up to Tier 0, but knee-jerk reaction is that she's still got enough points of interaction and difficulty interacting with the stack that she shouldn't become oppressive.
