So I'm pretty happy with my performance. Here's what I played against:

Round 1, Melira Pod, 1-2

Round 2, Tron, 2-0

Round 3, WGB Sacrfice, 2-1

Round 4, B/G Rock, 2-0

Round 5, Melira Pod, 1-2

Round 6, Scapeshift, 2-0

Round 7, Tarmo Twin, 2-0

Round 8, Tron, 1-2

So, those were the match ups. Incase you're interested, my teamates records were:

Teamate 1, Melira Pod, 4-3, drop

Teamate 2, UWR Control, 1-3, drop

Teamate 3, Kiki Pod, 2-3, drop

Teamate 4, U/R Twin, 4-2, drop

Teammate 5, BGw rock, 0-4, drop

Teamate 6, BG Rock, 0-3, drop

Teamate 7, Affinity, 6-2, 20th place

Overall we didn't represent very well, but it was fun. The playing area was bad! Problems:

1) It started raining eventually and the roof started to leak.

2) We played in a Ballroom so the roof had that reflecting mirror thing so if you looked up you could see the opponent's hand.

3) There was a wedding next door and so music was blasting and blaring.

4) There weren't enough tables so we all had to clump together to fit another table.

As far as buying cards, nothing exciting to talk about. All I got was a Cascade Bluffs.

What I learned from the tourney: Melira Pod is a really bad match up. Because of all the crazy cards they use, Melira pod has basically 9 Meliras. Also, Infect is one of those decks that can win or loseany match quite easily. Not a lot of decks in the format can deal with a turn 2-3 win. But if I don't draw the cards to make that happen I might as well scoop.
