Ok, so I know Chulane was powerful as a commander, but honestly he drew so much hate on the board. Also, his abilities would overlap and trigger so many other cards that my turns are/were taking far too long. I was way too confused half the time trying to remember so many interactions, not to mention opponents interactions and responses. It was fun at first, then just annoying and confusing. So, I went ahead and switched Roon of the Hidden Realm in as the commander from the 99. As KingKilvas mentioned before, he's more on-theme, and it bugged me that Chulane wasn't on-theme at all. So far this has worked out far better as Roon's blink ability is cheaper and can target opponents creatures as well, answering problems and working as a political tool. Roon being a 4/4 and having trample gives an additional win-con, and he doesn't draw nearly as much hate. Lastly, I removed Chulane and replaced him with Sylvan Awakening This gives me an additional win-con late game and makes use of all the lands I'm grabbing.
