Actually, no. I have plenty of legends to tutor with Sisay and each one of them has a specific role. Other creatures are fetched with the many creature tutors available in the deck. This deck has undergone 3+ years of tuning in a competitive meta and routinely wins, often out of nowhere.

17 Legendary Creatures + 7 Legendary Lands + 2 legendary Artifacts = 26 Sisay targets.

Zandl: +1/+1 is not good enough for me to replace a forest, as I need to be able to power up Rofellos. As to replacing a dual or other utility land... I don't see it as being better than any of them either.
