Ive never played gruul but I've played sisay for a very long time and I think 38 lands is a looot. I would take some out and playtest maybe go down to 34 and see how you feel. in my opinion Zealous Conscripts is useful even without infinite. its not just creatures, it is permanents. Lots of option when drawn
