MTG Combo: Jace, Wielder of Mysteries + Paradigm Shift

An interesting take on Shaper's original list. But I'm curious regarding this deck's wincons, and I'm hoping someone can clear up my question(s).

What exactly is this deck's pathway to actually winning the game, after a lockout has been established? I'm asking because this deck only runs 6 creatures and 5 planeswalkers; and of those cards, I only see Jace the Mindsculptor as the only probable wincon.

Additionally, does anyone know if either CallahanIsHere or Fenix15 possibly considered Jace, Wielder of Mysteries + Paradigm Shift as a possible backup wincon pathway, post lockout? Having a stax lockout is great and all but it means nothing if you can't close out the game quickly. And granted, Paradigm Shift is a Sorcery, but with Rest in Peace active, Paradigm Shift can eliminate the yard and bypass the graveyard issue. Additionally, Teferi Time Ravaler negates the Sorcery speed restriction of the card with his +1 ability.

Just some thoughts. Otherwise I like the deck. +1
