Hydras and +1/+1 Counters - Needs Help

Thanks for the input Belfore! I implemented some of your suggestions. As of the commander, it’s because hydras have been slowly being axed as I tune it and the +1/+1 effects get leaned into more. Zimone, Paradox Sculptor enables the deck to get rolling pretty quickly (at least in my passive testing) so long as I’m not creature starved which is the issue I’m seeing it having right now. I’ve been given a lot of really good looking card suggestions in addition to yours and I’m trying to figure out which cards to cut for them. The blind runs have me getting a lot of the counter spells in my hand, but I don’t know how many is too many because this deck can be so easily crippled by removal. I suspect not struggling with monster starvation might resolve it though. What do you think?
As of your land suggestions, those are just lands I have on hand, I’m trying to keep this deck cheap (as far as cards I have to buy) nearly all cards that cost more than $1 are cards I already have.
