Whenever an Assassin you control deals combat damage to an opponent, cloak the top card of that player's library. (To cloak a card, put it onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature with ward . Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it's a creature card. While face down, whenever it becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, counter it unless that player pays .)

I was disappointed with Etrata, Deadly Fugitive's shallow pool of cheap evasive kindred cards, but it makes more sense with Assassin's Creed in mind.
(Leondardo da Vinci EDH though? Seriously?)
