This weird and awesome card is from the now defunct www.AlteredPrints.com. They used a very high dpi print process superior to a magic card and their own artists to paint alters for current cards. I believed they were issued a cease and desist letter from wizards and have since disappeared. Artist reads as "Anotherwanderer"
